Groundwater Sustainability Plans
The Tehama County Flood Control and Water Conservation District received funding through a Department of Water Resources Proposition 1 grant to develop Groundwater Sustainability Plans (GSPs) for the Bowman, Red Bluff, Antelope, and Los Molinos Subbasins. The District received additional grant funding under Proposition 68 to be used for the Antelope, Red Bluff, and Los Molinos Subbasins.
The District selected a consultant team lead by Luhdorff & Scalmanini Consulting Engineers to develop the four Groundwater Sustainability Plans for submittal to Department of Water Resources by January 31, 2022.
Bowman Subbasin GSP
Upon release, GSP chapters will be posted for review.
Chapter 3: Sustainable Management Criteria
Comments may be submitted in writing via email to eteasdale@lsce.com or lsequeira@tcpw.ca.gov or delivered to the Tehama County Flood Control and Water Conservation District office at 9380 San Benito Ave., Gerber.
Beginning March 24, 2021 Groundwater Commission meetings will have an agendized item to receive public comment on GSP Chapters.
Red Bluff Subbasin GSP
Upon release, GSP chapters will be posted for review.

Corning Subbasin GSP
Public Review Draft GSP: The Corning Subbasin GSP’s public review period is open from September 10 through October 25, 2021.
Printed Copies of the Public Review Draft GSP will be available at the Corning Library (740 Third St., Corning), Tehama County Public Works (9380 San Benito Ave., Gerber), and Glenn County Water Resources (225 N. Tehama St., Willows).
